Dear Valued Sheehy Customers,
You are all part of the Sheehy Auto Stores family and our business depends on you, our team and our community. I want to share the immediate steps that we have taken to ensure your safety and health during this crisis.
We have enhanced our cleaning procedures throughout our stores. All common areas including our showrooms, service drives and customer lounges will be disinfected multiple times each day.
We have added hand-sanitizers throughout our showrooms and service departments and at all other customer touch points. We are also using gloves where appropriate, and our team has been educated on social distancing and eliminating handshakes. Our lounges are being reconfigured if possible.
All team members and customers observed to be exhibiting flu-like symptoms are being asked to vacate the premises and seek medical attention. For the well-being of everyone, we are asking all team members not return to work until they have been cleared by a medical professional and deemed to be “not contagious”.
We are fully capable of doing off-site test drives, trade appraisals and deliveries. Please advise your sales consultant who will be happy to guide you through the SheehyDirect process on new and used vehicle sales. For your service needs, we will have limited pick-up and delivery at most stores based on availability.
