Powered by a standard 2.0L turbocharged 4-cylinder engine, the Tiguan delivers 201 horsepower and 207 lb.-ft. of torque in its standard FWD configuration. Helping to distribute this power is the standard 8-speed automatic transmission, which will ensure smooth acceleration as you merge onto I-495. More efficiency-minded drivers will appreciate the standard Engine Start-Stop system, which saves fuel by powering down the motor while you’re waiting at traffic lights. The aesthetics of the 2025 Volkswagen Tiguan are as much as focus as its performance. At the front end, the illuminated VW badging will leave no doubt about what you’re driving, day or night.
